Each application is analyzed and the subject of a specific requirement.
The evaluation of your application considers your experience, your knowledge, technical skills. If your application seems relevant, you will be invited to a first interview in videoconferencing mode. This first interview aims to get to know you, to discuss your career, to evaluate your methodological skills and interpersonal skills. During this exchange scenarios can be approached to assess your degree of autonomy.
If a favorable answer is given at the end of this first interview, you will be invited to a second interview with the manager responsible for the assignment. This second interview allows you to contextualize your profile in relation to the project.
If your profile is selected, the signature of the Ankaa Pmo® partnership agreement defines the terms of intervention and respective commitments and opens the possibilities of solicitation for all the agencies Ankaa Pmo® agencies.
